How Long does it take to process an order?
Once you have purchased a digital download from Travels with Missy you should receive either a downloadable link or a PDF to your email. This is an immediate action that takes place. However if you did not receive a downloadable link after purchase, or an email confirming your purchase, please contact [email protected].
How do I check the status of my order?
When you purchase an order you will receive an email notification from us which will include a downloadable PDF or link where you can receive your item.
If you haven’t received your order within 24 hours of receiving your purchasing confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Once you purchase our templates, even if you have not used them, there are no refunds allowed. The designs are also copyrighted and cannot be transferred.
In the event that your electronic order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
